General Data Processing Addendum (GDPA)

The protection of personal data as well as information and information processing systems is of central importance to KRONES. When it comes to data protection, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as our most important normative basis. Its requirements are reflected in the Group's central data protection policy and supplemented by additional local regulations in the respective countries.

Technical and Organizational Security Measures (TOM'S)

Extensive technical and organizational measures are used and continuously improved to protect your personal data. These fulfill the requirements according to Article 32 GDPR in conjunction with § 64 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and § 78a Social Security Code (SGB X) and are implemented as follows.

Approved Subprocessors

To ensure the best service for our customers and to promote internal operations, the Krones Group works with selected subprocessors for specific activities or IT services. The selection of subprocessors follows an evaluation process based on information security and data protection requirements. Specific data protection and confidentiality agreements are mandatory and form the basis for such cooperation. Regular audits ensure proper operation and compliance with contractual agreements.
